该项目位于西咸新区核心区域,沣东新城科统区内。科统区中部为中央综合服务区,西侧为科研片区,东侧为居住配套局。本项目用地的的产业发展方向主要为互联网、大数据、生物医药及智能制造等。
The project is located in the core area of the Xixian New District, within the Fengdong New City's Science and Technology Integration Zone. The central part of the zone is designated as the Central Comprehensive Service Area, with the western side dedicated to research and development, and the eastern side serving as a residential support area. The industrial development focus of this project primarily includes internet, big data, biopharmaceuticals, and intelligent manufacturing.

作为一个新兴产业,多业态共存的产业园区,对空间规划有何新的要求?
面向未来的产业往往呈现出跨界合作的新需求,这种新的需求如何的在空间的得到满足?
初创企业度过初创期,由于原有的园区不能满足其办公空间以及配套空间的需求,往往选择搬离园区。流失这些成功的初创企业,对园区是重大的损失。
As an emerging industrial park with multiple coexisting sectors, what new demands does this place on spatial planning?
Future-oriented industries often require cross-boundary collaboration. How can these new demands be met through spatial design?
Startups that outgrow their initial phase often choose to relocate due to the park's inability to meet their expanding office and support space requirements. Losing these successful startups represents a significant loss for the park. How can the design address this issue?

设计策略 1——鼓励混合利用空间,各功能有机融合
在空间利用上将生产、生活、交流功能进行横向、纵向的有机混合,形成混合发展单元,实现空间的混合利用到空间高度共享,激发园区全时活力。
Design Strategy 1——Encouraging Mixed-Use Spaces and Organic Functional Integration
The design promotes the horizontal and vertical integration of production, living, and communication functions, creating mixed-use development units. By achieving a blend of shared and mixed-use spaces, the park aims to foster round-the-clock vitality and meet diverse operational needs.

设计策略 2——构建开放交流、跨界融合的互动交流空间
通过交流空间联通各功能单元,形成完整的开放空间体系,促进跨界交流从而激发产业发展新契机。共享空间同时连结相邻两个不同办公单元,使入驻单位,特别是小规模初创企业的未来空间拓展提供了可能。
Design Strategy 2——Creating Open, Interactive Spaces for Cross-Boundary Integration
Open communication spaces are designed to connect various functional units, forming a comprehensive open space system that encourages cross-boundary exchanges and sparks new opportunities for industrial development. Shared spaces also link adjacent office units, providing flexibility for future expansion, particularly for small-scale startups.


设计策略3 搭建功能完备的科创服务平台。
建立共享的酒店式公寓,商业配套,跨界实验室,展示中心,会议中心和体育设施。满足不同企业的使用需求和跨界合作的需求,并满足企业的成长需求。
Design Strategy 3——Building a Comprehensive Innovation and Technology Service Platform
The project includes shared serviced apartments, commercial facilities, cross-disciplinary laboratories, exhibition centers, conference centers, and sports facilities. These amenities cater to the diverse needs of different enterprises, support cross-boundary collaboration, and accommodate the growth demands of businesses.

设计策略 4 引入自然的元素。
项目的设计思路在内在逻辑上遵循面向未来的内部业态的需求,而在人的空间体验维度,试图引入中国传统山水元素。这种继承试图以“杂交”的方式重新引入自然的元素。位于西安南面的秦岭被誉为中国的“中央公园”, 秦岭山脉横贯东西是我国地理和气候的南北分水岭,气势磅礴景色壮丽。秦岭山脉她作为自然的元素被引入到项目的整体空间体验之中。
Design Strategy 4——Integrating Natural Elements
While the design logic adheres to the demands of future-oriented industries, it also incorporates traditional Chinese landscape elements to enhance the spatial experience. Inspired by the Qinling Mountains, known as China's "Central Park," the design introduces the grandeur and beauty of nature into the project. The Qinling Mountains, stretching east to west and serving as a geographical and climatic divide, are reimagined as a natural element within the overall spatial experience.

小结 Summary
不同于以往的产业园区的层级秩序结构,由于高科技产业园面向未来的业态的内在驱动,项目的规划结构呈现出均质化的特征。基于同样的原因,其内部功能分布也不同于以往的分区的原则,功能布局呈现出立体上的混合用途特征。由于在引入了自然的元素的“杂交”,我们希望能提供一种既具有未来感,同时有回归自然的空间体验。
Different to industrial parks with hierarchical structures, this project adopts a homogeneous planning structure driven by the future-oriented needs of high-tech industries. The internal functional distribution breaks away from conventional zoning principles, featuring a three-dimensional mix of uses. By integrating natural elements in a "hybrid" approach, the design aims to create a spatial experience that is both futuristic and deeply connected to nature, offering a unique environment for industrial development and human well-being.
